Joining is simple and only costs £12.00 per annum.

 

Since our inception in early 2024 we have received growing interest in our nature based talks and visits to reserves around the region. As we have started to incur costs of hall hire, refreshments for events, pay speakers, web site hosting and promotion costs, we need to generate a small amount of income to cover costs, hence Club membership. We are not for profit and our committee of helpers all donate their time and energy completely free of charge.

 

Snape Birds are not “twitchers” but are more akin to a field club. Our followers are like-minded people who share a love and enjoy all aspects of the natural world around us. Please join us so we can plan more ambitious events and outings in the future.

 

Snape Birds aims to be an enjoyable social group dedicated to building awareness and expanding knowledge of the natural environment in all its aspects. 

 

We aim to hold a combination of at least ten talks and reserve visits/outdoor events each year. 

 

Membership includes:

• Reduced cost to attend talks at only £3.00 instead of non-member costs of £5.00 

• Priority bookings for guided nature reserve visits  

• Advance notice of events 

• Members newsletter.
